Packers and Movers Complaint Date: November 10, 2022
On November 1st, 2022 I was to transport my goods from Ibrahimpatnam to Jamkhandi. I had got a quotation from Professional Star Packers and Movers (GSTIN: 36IGXPK0380L1ZL) for the same. They had given word that they will pack and move my goods to my destination within 1 week. Also, they had agreed that 50 percentage of the payment can be made at the loading point (pickup point i.e. Ibrahimpatnam, Telangana) and 50 percentage of the payment could be made after the goods get delivered to the destination point (i.e. Jamkhandi, Karnataka). According to their words, I paid them 50 percentage of the money on the 1st of November 2022 at the time of goods pickup. They had also given the bills accordingly. But after the period of 9 days i.e. on 10th November 2022 they are asking for the remaining 50 percentage payment prior to the delivery of goods to the destination. And are telling that the goods will not be delivered until the remaining payment is made. I want to file a complaint against the Professional Star Packers and Movers. My goods are nearly worth around Rupees 45000/-
