Dear Sir,Madam
I have booked 1 parcel from vapi to Goa and took services of Jai Balaji Packers and Movers on 15 of April even their door door facilities I handed over the my parcel at his office only.
In office I meet with Mr Vinod who is incharge on that time in office and took the parcel material but I am coordinating from other person ( starting he told he is on leave and visited village) he ensured me to deliver the product on 4 6 days and taken my parcel with cash on delivery.but ones the parcel has been packed he called me and asking about money that is already we have discussed at time of delivery but he told me he will not load his items same for shake of delivery i have given money also.
Ones all formalities has been done I call him on 6 th day to delivery but they are not responding the call same after all hustle they have responded at 8 days and after that they are not even care about my products daily they say tomorrow it delivered. It's delivered on 10 days after given the parcel .and also at the time of delivery it's damaged .
I request to you kindly look this type of company to operate and how they play with the normal people.

सर जी मैंने अपने घर का सामान शिफ्ट किया है लेकिन आर के ऊपर से 16500 से 17000 में बात हुई थी उसने 19000का कोटेशन भेजा था लेकिन 30/09/22 को सामान लोड हो जाने के बाद वो गाड़ी vapi gujrat ले जाता है और उसके बाद फोन करके 32706 rs ka बिल भेजता है मैने उससे बात किया की हमारी बात 16500 में हुई थी जो पैकिंग करने आए थे उसको मैंने 10000 दे दिए उसके कहने पर बाकी का मैने बोला 6500 सामान पहुंचने के बाद दूंगा तो बोलता है 32000 देना पड़ेगा नही तो सामान नहीं पहुंचेगा रास्ते में hold कर दूंगा और 2000रुपए केहिसाब से चार्ज लगेगा मैने कहा की सामान वापस valsad वापस भेज दो मुझे टांसफर नही करना है कई बार बोला की सामान मेरा वापस भेज दो पर उसने सामान वापस नहीं भेजा और मेरा और मेरी family ka रात को ट्रेन बुक था Chiplun maharastra ke लिए अब वो कहता है की पैसा 32000नही दोगे तो सामान नहीं जायेगा सर मैं ट्रेन में family ke sath hu mai kya karu
