I used the services of Agarwal Packers and Movers- DRS Dilip Roadlines Pvt ltd. group for shifting of my goods from GURGAON to BENGALURU GC 4589761 dt 9/2/2018. On receiving the goods find breakage of my expensive Crockery items apart from other things. On my insistance their Surveyor Sampath visited and acknowledged on the poor packaging.He assured that my claim of Rs 21000 will be settled. I have been following up for last 45 days but no response

Whenever anY customer visits the airtel store, they are being Overcharged for their services.
They give no receipt for the transactions. The amounts mentioned in the airtel site are far different from what is being collected. For example, my sim stopped working suddenly on 8th april. I went to the store for reason. They replaced the sim, and collected Rs.50/-. When i asked them for bill, they said "NO AIRTEL OFFICE GIVES YOU ANY BILL, YOU CAN CONTACT ANY OFFICE". I said when i have paid the amount , its my right to demand a bill. They didnt give me any bill. When i complained to 121 they said they will look into the matter and suggested me to mind my own business. I got to know that Rs.25/- should be charged for sim swap but they charged me Rs.50/- without a bill. When i talked to my friend, I got to know that he had been charged Rs.100/- . This is when the scam was noticed, they were over charging all the customers for avaling services from them which are ranging from Rs.50-500. The airtel management had a deaf ear to all my complaints. The store manager said you can complaint to anyone and we arent afraid of anything. The scam is aggregates to lakhs of Rupees per month. Perhaps the Airtel management has knowingly not taken any action as they have their share. Pls look into the matter and penalise the corrupted office and organisation heavily so as they never carryout such things on public. Pls help me to get the bill for corrupted money they took from me
