Misbehaviour and quoting higher amount than discusses

Packers and Movers Complaint Date: February 2, 2021

Writing this after facing disappointment from all the POCs of all india packers & movers. I have sent my goods for transportation from Bengaluru to Kanpur on January 30th, 2021 at the discusses price of 80₹/kg. The people from the company came, packed my goods, weighed it for 70 kg, gave the receipt and left . After 2 days on following up, the person named Ram Gupta (mob- 7899001188) sent me the bill with 84 kg weight against the actual weight of 70 kg and charged 90₹/kg against the discussed price of 80₹/kg.

On requesting him to do the needful, he started misbehaving with me, abused me as a liar and told me to fill court case and whatever to get the goods back.

After putting in much faith, I had selected all india packers and movers to transport my goods but have received sheer disappointment.
Request you to please resolve this matter at the earliest and get me my belongings back.
