Cheating booked my households on dated 29/06/18 (morning 11.53) through Grace Packers & Movers,

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have booked my households on dated 29/06/18 (morning 11.53) through Grace Packers & Movers, Baddi from High Valley Apartments, Barotiwala to Sector 20 Panchkula in Rs. 13000 (date of moving 01/07/18; Sunday). I have transferred the token money Rs. 2000 in his Account.
On Dated 29/06/18 (19.56) he has denied to shift my household in 13000/ and asked me for 18000 for the same and sent me massage of cancellation of the booking.
On other hand I also had to paid brokerage 6500 to dealer of house and the advance Rs. 5000 also not returned by the owner as I also had to cancel that house due to Grace Packers and Movers.
My three days leave also got wasted because of him.
After continuous daily follow ups he has not returned the token money.
I have bear following financial loss and also faced lot of mental tension and harassment due to this incident.
1.Token Money to Grace Packers and Movers 2000=00
2.Advance to House owner 5000=00
3.Brokerage 6500=00
4.3 Days Leave(4600 per day)13800=00
Total 27300=00
Compensatory amount for mental tension and harassment 50000=00
Kindly do needful and also charge penalty sufficient to teach them a lesson, so that they will not repeat such type of cheating to any person in future.
