I am a regular user of LimeRoad and forced to write this you because I am disappointed with response from customer executive regarding the purchase made on LimeRoad portal.

I had ordered two Sarees for my wife on marriage ceremony of my relative priced around Rs.10000 but found it little different with design and print but color and brand seem to be the same

So, I returned the products and now after 2 weeks I found email from LimeRoad stating that no refund will be issued that shocked.

I come from a low- income middle class family and Rs.10000 is too much for me.

Kindly help me here .

    Refund issue II 0046174892 II 0046173786 March 6, 2019

We endeavour to make your shopping journey hassle free and expedient, for which we have a “No Questions asked refund policy”.

    We write to inform you, in specific about your Order No. 0046174892,0046173786 placed on 2019-02-02 on our website which has not cleared the Q.C process and thus you are ineligible for the refund/replacement for the Product owing reasons cited above and detection of unusual fraudulent activity being undertaken by you.

    Since we at Limeroad act as a facilitator between various vendors and our customers, we understand that sometimes, unintentionally or erroneously a wrong product may be delivered to you or the product may be damaged. However, please note that all our dealings with the vendors and customers are documented to the smallest detail that is supplemented with a thorough Quality Check procedure conducted at our warehouses.

    In case the returned products successfully clear the Q.C process, a refund of the specific products in question are processed immediately within committed timelines. Further, in case a scenario is established wherein the returned products do not clear the Q.C procedures in place, as per our Return and Refund Policy, we reserve the right to hold/deny your refund for the specific products in question. It is pertinent to note that the refund for returned orders is conditional to the clearance of Q.C at our warehouses.
