I purchase a product from jabong.com india but when I got the product it not fit to me so I return the order and the product was picked up from my address next day after that having sent me message and email that amount is initiated in to my account and after 3 hours the sent me another message the amount is refunded in to my bamk account and close the return request status of my order and then I contact to their customer support they ask me that the amount is credited from their side through NEFT but I got nothing in to my bank account either the janong is cheating with me or punjab national bank plz help me to get my hardly earned money and take serious action against them
