I am smriti kaushik from patna, i want to complain against online retail company royaloak india, i have purchased a sofa set from this website worth rs- 42,500 on 14th of august, the excepted delivery date was on 22nd of aug, but they didn\'t delivered my product yet also not responding to my emails and calls, when i call them they disconnect my call, please help me to get back my money , this is a fraud company , there are so many buyers who are trapped in this website and lost their money they sell a poor product in high range. i am providing here all the details of this website. and looking for a quick response.i want a refund.
