Disguised refund had purchased some books on FLAVIDO

Few months back I had purchased some books on FLAVIDO. And I had to cancel an order which costee me 2765Rs.

Now comes the problem
1. They won't refund it back to my bank account
2. They won't allow me to use the money anywhere else other than flavido and they gave me a coupon so that I could use it only on them.
3. The coupon(MY MONEY) CANT be used to purchase what I want on FLAVIDO. I can't purchase any online videos. I am restricted to buying limited books on FLAVIDO
4. 6months is the time limit that I have to spend my money within them
5. Lastly the deadliest. I can use the coupon only once!
