Loha, Nanded BSNL personnel not support for new internet connection

BSNL Complaint Complaint Date: March 7, 2023
Loha, Dist- Nanded, BSNL contractor is asking money on higher side for fibre optical internet connection. He is asking money for 500 mtr distance while actual distance is less than 300 mtr.
Besides he is asking money Rs. 1000/joint, it would be 4000/- plus installion charges of Rs. 1600 + router 2700.

I took this issue with local bsnl officer Mr Abdul who agreed that contractor Dukre is asking extra money but he is not supporting for reasonable amount.
Also I requested them to give us copper wire connection but they don't have wire and not responding to me.
I went to meet them in their office 3 times but there was lock during working hours.
You are requested to look into and save bsnl from such personnel else you would loose your customers which you already experiencing since long time.
