Not received deposit of land line phone number 23548828

I smt Kamal Bhagwan Chaudhary r/o Khamgaon, dist Buldana deposited my land line phone number in the year 2015. But till today I have not received my deposit amount of Rs. 1200/-. I submitted my pass book copy with BSNL Office Khamgaon, District Buldana. Every time these office beares ask to come on next date. I am 71 years old. Hence not possible to come every time. I spend much money for trsndport for Rs 1200/-. Hence its a kind request to do the needful and oblige.
