With reference to above request for transfer in Dombivali Office on Medical grounds submitted in Kalyan office to Mrs.Raikar assistant PGM kalyan.Application submitted on 15 th June 2020.Application is submitted with necessary documents for example Doctor certificate,Treatment medical reports.etc.
Applicant is my wife Mrs snehal bhadsavale resi at Dombivali east.
As I am shivsainik I request you please help us in this matter.Already documents forwarded to you by shivsena pahila baghdadi leader Mamata Ghadigaonkar Dombivali East.
