My landline number 02026680580, I have issues with BSNL Broadband ever since I joined. BSNL is deceiving lots of customers in the name of Broadband. There's not even a time when the connection was stable at least for a week. BSNL members are useless, we have given complaint but no result whatsoever. They send someone who is not a technician rather alcoholic on duty. BSNL in Pune is very much worse. I have been without the internet for almost a week now, and no one has come and checked what the issue is. I have been paying Rs 1300 every month and I don't get justice for what I am paying. I want to sue all the Board Directors of BSNL for making us suffer and loss of money. I have registered a complaint in the grievance cell but no result till now.
