Dear All,

I have taken WIFI broadband connection through Ajay Dubey from BSNL and paid 590 for installation and 600 as monthly charges for 2 MB unlimited plan pm.I have paid in advance for January month internet charges 600 Rs via cheque no 308587 SBI which got credited to BSNL on 11-12-2017, and installation charges of 590 got credited to B4S Solution via cheque no 308586 SBI

At the time of payment I was told by Ajay that the monthly charges will be 600 pm, now my connection is dis connected in the month of February due to payment, which I can see at BSNL site is 1312.

First of all BSNL has charged me from December, where as my connection has started from 8-01-2018, now I am coming to know that I have to pay security deposit as well, which Ajay Dubey had not disclosed at the time of connection and monthly charges plus tax,

BSNL has provided completely incorrect information and I am suffering right now because of this.

Please clarify and provide a solution or dis connect my line., Also BSNL has charged me for whole February month 2018, where as my internet was disconnected in February itself, Ajay Dubey, is a very irresponsible person.
Please help me out here and take strict action against BSNL, as I am receiving SMS, emails, customer care calls on weekly basis from BSNL towards payment, I am getting harrassed by BSNL to a intolerable limit.
