We are a customer of bsnl since 1981 and as per suggestion, we have taken Unlimited combo plan of Rs.1445/-for speed.

Since last two or more years there is continuous disturbance occurred on connectivity which always disconnected in between ( occurred 10-15 times in a day. secondly, there are speed problems also as it slower indefinitely and both the issues hampering our day to day online work compalints always registerd with local exchange but no use.
