Received a damaged product SONY 55Inch LED 4K Tv from Flipkart

I have placed an order SONY 55 Inch 4K LED TV . It's a prepaid order on an Online selling Popular website FLIPKART. I received it as an OPEN BOX DELIVERY mode...on 27TH of July 2023. Delivery person opened the box...and I didn't find any damage from the outer side OF TV. I Confirmed & accepted the delivery. Actually Installation was scheduled on 28th of August but he didn't came on that day but he came on 29th of August at 1:30pm. He started installation process .. By that time when he switched on the TV .... then only breakage or damage of display was appeared. All that damage or breakage lines are appearing only when it was turned on or otherwise...It was looking good from outside. Whenever I came to know that I received a damaged product... Immediately I requested for return and replacement of a new TV...but they rejected as it was an open box delivery. This causes me mental depression....... Waste of time and money. Kindly help me in getting a replacement for the damaged Product.
