I ordered for Sony ear buds combo deal for Rs 1500 and they sent me JBL earphones which were in a horrific condition . I tried emailing them but the emails bounce back. I filed a complaint as well with consumeraffairs.nic.in but they say that the company doesn't respond so I need to file a complaint in consumer court.
