My parcel of suit was recieved at patiala on 1st . But i didnt get this till 11th of june . When i called on 11th they sent the parcel . I was on my vocation that time . When i returned a d open the parcel it didnt have the dupatta . I made calls but all in vein . Finally when the lady picked up she refused to takd the matter seriously . The parcel which i got was just 600 gm but the actual weight my vendor said was 750 gm . I want to file a case on both my vendor in faridabad and tbe courier company in patiala i m attatching the sirt and bottom weight pic and the dupatta which i didnt get i m surpriced that in online business all the rules r for clients not the vendor . They say that u have to make a video while opening why cant they make video wbile putting the stuff . Really disapointed . Pls do something . Thanx
