Hello sahil this side, I have ordered a laptop from Flipkart and received it after few days and when opened ,the brand package seal was open ,I immediately raised concern ,but they are giving logic that the package was opened for quality check, and not eligible for the replacement, the laptop got crashed in first shutdown and I got strong feeling that the product is not ok.please help me in this I have put my savings in this.
