I bought a phone worth 15000 from tata CLIQ on 22/6/18,after few days when my charger got damaged I took phone to service center and they conveyed me that sir the phone you bought is a one year used phone i.e tata CLIQ sold u the used phone in the name of new ,when I complained this to tata CLIQ they asked me for 2days n later asked me for three more days and after that whenever I m calling them they are saying to wait for 24hrs our team is working on ,everyday I m getting the same reply , I need Justice, as a Consumer Court I hope you give me justice
