Bought a new pair of jeans from Mynta but got an old and used one.

I bought a pair of jeans from Myntra and got an old & used product.
My order number is 1108473-1710225-9522601. While buying it, I selected the "Non Returnable" option.
I spoke to an agent named Shubham and a supervisor, Dipanshu about it. After our conversation I am damn sure that these guys do not know what their job means.
They told me that there was no way they could arrange a return cos I selected it to be non returnable. I was ready to pay the amount that I saved by making that purchase non returnable, still they denied.
I have been using Myntra's sevices since 2012 and in last 2 months, I have shopped for around 35K. Never made unnecessary requests or fake complaints.
For the first time I have faced such issue and asked supervisor #Dipanshu to make an exception but he denied. I don't know what the problem is cos I am ready to pay to return the product and get a credit and shop again from Myntra? Its neither their loss nor mine. If this supervisor does not have the authority to do things or take actions by bending the policies then what on earth makes him a supervisor.
That supervisor requested for some kind of evaluation in which no one will come to my place to evaluate the actual product, rather, that evaluation will happen in some Warehouse. This evaluation process is so senseless.
These guys clearly know nothing about customer service. I want to return that jean as soon as possible and I am ready to pay the money that I saved with that "Non Returnable" option.
