Service of LG Ac is not good

AC is complete shut down. 20 days before, complaint was lodged to Ajay electronics, hirapur for servicing of LG AC 1.5 tonne. Service engineer came and done service but also said that its PC is not functioning and he will change it later. But service enginner did not come and i had to lodged my complaint again to ajay electronics. after that, service engineer come today for changing PC. Before PC Changing, my AC was in running condition. After changing PC, abnormal sound came from AC and it is not workingin presence of your service engineer. Now, service engineer told that motor of AC is burnt and withour solving problem , he went away. this is for kind information and please take necceasry action for solving this problem immediately.
