we had subscribed for 3 months in jain matrimony at June 2023 paying Rs 3000/- During this period we had complained for many flows like fake profiles, out dated profiles which is kept to show that more profiles were there. After 3 months we got mail for renewal of another 3 months, which we refused by mail. But the amount deducted from our credit card without our consent. Following up continuously through mail, the phone numbers were not working, finally they returned Rs 3590, after deducting service charges. Please do the needful that no one else will be affected.
