This complaint is against hp service center chittoor Ernakulam.
I purchased one hp tab serial no.6CY421HOJZ on 03-12-2014 through flipkart when I was working at Chennai,after one year that too in the warranty time the tab stopped functioning but I could not give the tab to the service centre in time ,actually sir I am not arguing for warranty.
I handed over the tab to the chittor at Ernakulam, Kerala service centre on 09-01-2016 and assured me that there is no hardware issue ,the only problem with the operating system which can be downloaded easily .It was my friend who collected the tab from service centre on 11-01-2016,(sir, you can verify service slip and his sd/)after getting the above information I handed the tab back to the service centre on 11-01-2016 thinking that they are the apt people for the entire download of the operating system. After a week I called them to know about the tab, then they are telling that it was not software issue but hard ware problem and that is too with mother board. Now they are asking me 9000/ruppes for the replacement whereas the tab costs me only Rs.11999/-I have not yet got back the tab ,it is with them only.
