Fraud parcel delivery, Fraud online company police is not registered the case

I got a call from a no. That I have an offer in mobile phone.they will send it by post office. When I got the parcel from post man I got some artificial jewellery in this parcel. I open it in front of the same post man. I paid the 3500Rs for this to postman. Now this is fraud we can trace this kinds of frauds by the account in which this postman deposit the same money. But police is not registered the case in polic station.in that case what should I do ...post office thana Baddi Solan H.P.d dated 29.11.2017. I got call from following nos.8750613000, 8287150009
