I purchased a mobile on 28/11/2017 with my Amazon Pay Balance. At the time of purchase my Amazon Pay Balance was Rs. 9300 (2500 in money and 6800 in Gifts & Credit section). I paid 8999, as per Amazon rules whole Gifts and Credit balance was deducted and rest 2199 from money section (to meet the mobile price 6800+2199=8999). After that my order was cancelled and I got a cancellation message. The amount from money section of Rs. 2199 is refunded in no time but the amount (Rs. 6800) from Gifts and Credit section is not yet refunded. I am contacting Amazon since then but in vain, no one helps me. First they wanted 24 hours, 24 hours passed then Contacted frequently but they are buying time with no resolutions.
