Amount 2800 got deducted but did not received coupon and money not refunded

We purchased 2 coupons last week on 30th may 2019 of. 858 and 1499 amount but post deduction of money didn't received any coupan.
Still I didn't get my refunded amount.there is no call or response received from your end despite of multiple queries raised.
I am planning to take legal action against your company if no action is taken.
Attaching the screenshot for deducted amount, else strict action will be taken ..
