Urgent Complaint_Warranty Issue of Tablet

This is to inform you that I bought a tablet Dell Venue 7, for my wife (Monalisa Ballav) on 22nd July 2015 from Snapdeal. However on first week of June 2016 the tablet got slipped from hand and got damaged.. I called Dell Customer care on 9th June and they told me that this tablet has technical warranty as well as accidental guarantee of one year. But the seller did not updated the warranty and guarantee into the system correctly. As a result as per Dell’s record it is showing that both the warranty and guarantee had been expired in the year 2015.. Whereas as per the 1 year warranty/guarantee scheme it should expire only on 21st July 2016.. They also told me that I should contact Snapdeal and ask them to update both the warranties correctly in system. So that Dell can advise me further how to get this resolved. I had contacted Snapdeal on 9th June 2016 via their website. I had received a response that they will call me but I never received any call or email from them.. I have attached the invoice copies and the relevant emails for your reference. Please help to resolve the issue at your earliest.
