I have given my mobile samsung j2 in problem hanging on samsung logo. they said me its software problem we wiil slove by two days and we will call u come and pick u r phone .but they didnt call me if we asking give my mobile back they r talk irresponisable what can do u on us go on we can handle it and we now how to handle it they r chetting samsung company also
