Dear Sir,
I was one of your valued customer,and had purchased your HTC 816G handset on 02.01.15,till then I was using Blackberry handset.
I was very much dissatisfied with the handset 816G,and the service provided by the company.
One week after the purchase the hardware was corrupt and the handset was replaced
From the last few month (from Sep'15 Onward) I was facing a great problem with the handset,it was sent to service center for four times for repair and got the set after 13 to 15 days time,which make my entire work to standstill

I have received my handset after 17 days,but the problem still exists and couldn’t got resolved,on the 2nd day the hand set was totally dead,I went to the service center they had a talk to the customer care at Mumbai,but no solution has been received yet,and the set was lying at the service center Chandigarh from the last 15 days.When ever I call the customar care they only assure for 48 hrs and 24 hrs from the last 15 days but no solution was provided yet
I have also requested the customer care executive to replace the handset but they have refused to do so (when the company policy says that after third repair if the problem still exists then the handset will be replaced)
The service center Ms Vignesh Services,Sector 34,Chandigarh,is located 15 KM from my home and which kills my time in transit and money
Sir I would request you to kindly look into the matter,and intervene to get the matter solved soon,and sue the company for making fool to the customers
