My moto x play IMI NO. 358967062677487 after 2 months for physical problem in deviced.i droped device on friday 29 jan 2016 for repaire in motorola service center in borivali. they told me the device repaired in 12 to 15 days.but after 15 days device is not repaired so i was called in motorola customer care and i register complaint and complaint no. is 160209013976. And customer care also not take seriously to my compliant .Today 25 day complete for device to take in service center and i dont have an any idea when my device is ready. please solved my prombem as soon as possible.
