Regarding mobile repairing Lava x1 selfi IMEI NO.911450601388015

Dear Sir,
1)We purchase your company phone on date 09.11.15 for detail please check attached photo of bill copy.
2) On date 25.11.15 mobile is goes dead automatically.
3) Immediately I was contact your service centre Om enterprises nasik.
4) His technician checked mobile but he didnot possible to repair at his end.
5) So they send mobile to Lava company.
6) After 6 or 7 days I called to your toll free no. (18602007500) for confirm the status of mobile.
7) At that time your executive told me that your mobile is repaired & sended to nasik service centre without any repairing charges due to mobile is under warranty.
8) I was go to service centre & asked to them for my mobile & now he want repair charges 1500 INR.
9) so request to you please look into.
