On 5th August 2016, I have recharged the pack of Rs.296 (3G/4G Data) from the service provider Airtel, where I was to get 1 GB data(General) + 1 GB data (12 to 6 Night). After recharging the net pack I was informed about the balance of about 1253 MB. After 3 or 4 days when I checked the data balance in my mobile I was astonished to find that the data balance has gone down to 453 MB only. About 800 MB data was consumed in 2/3 days although the surfing from my end was minimal. I contacted the customer support team of Airtel to know about the abnormal consumption of these data and wanted to know the details. Despite my several requests they repeatedly gave me the same answer again and again that there was no wrong deduction and they cannot provide me the usage details. I was genuinely sure about my activities of internet activities hence I presume I do have the right to know about the details of this abnormal deduction of data from my account.
Please help me in resolving this issue.
