Selling faulty phones purchased a google pixel 2 xl on 18/01/18 for a whooping amount.

I had purchased a google pixel 2 xl on 18/01/18 for a whooping amount..i was facing certain issues in the set so i went back to the dealer regaurding the same.they were not able to solve it .for 4 continues days the phone was sent to them but the problems still persisted.finally the phone was sent to the service center in mumbai on the 26th of jan 18.they assuered me that the set will be change.i got the same phone back on the 9th of feb. With the problems still not being solved.
Now they are not ready to accept that the mobile set is faulty..but they took the device again on the same day.
The head of the team has refused to change the set saying that i can go to court of i want but they will not change the set.
I request you to kindly look into the matter as a huge amount has been paid for a faulty set and the company like google doing this to their customers is not acceptable.i want a refund as well as the compensation from the company for making a fool of its customers..i has hirt my sentiments as after 3 yrs i was able to buy a new set worth 75000/- and since that day my phone is with the service center
