sir,
I had purchased the samsung j3 mobile but it became dead due to some hardware problem. It was in warranty and I submitted it to service centre allahabad on 06/06/2017.But they have not repaired it till now thats why i am facing lots of problems.I have concerned on customer care but i have not got good response from their.
sir please response me regarding to this problem as soon as possible.
