Dear Sir/Madam
This is to inform you that i have purchased a Mobile of Panasonic ELUGA terbo on 21/12/2016 from Flipkart online shopping.IMEI No is 355935071092470.This mobile was given to Chankya Technology,Sanjay Complex Gwalior which is the authorised center of panasonic mobile on 29/7/2017 and my job sheet number is GLA/PS/17/00132.The mobile is in gurantee period and they are not giving any answer since last that date,i think i need to legal action on this matter,i have taken enough follow ups from customer care of panasonic and registered 6 complains.I have enough documentation proof regarding harrasment.Please do needful.
