Not replace my mobile after approval & Snap deal not provide any after sales services

Dear,

I purchased Panasonic Eluga Note (32GB, Champagne Gold) mobile from Snap deal on 20-01-2017.

The mobile was dead and Panasonic give me approval to replace my mobile DOA certificate attached with this mail.

I try to contact Snap Deal but not getting any service from them and I also contact to Panasonic employee (Shayam Choksey ,Mobile no. 9977420101 & Shivendra Tripathi, 7987751634 ) but I am not received any service from them.They told me to visit your distributor office (Shree ram Sati info Indore office, Mobile 7000112201) and your distributor refuse to replace mobile.
