Moto G3 got Burnt while charging yet no help from service centre or Motorola customer care

I have purchased a motog3 phone through Amazon worth 9999/- on 31st of March 2016. It got Burnt a month ago while charging. I went to service centre they denied warranty as well as denied to give this in written. They told me that repairs will cost 10000/- . I called Amazon regarding this and they offered me help by replacing it but only if Motorola gives in writing that it can't be dealt under warranty. But moto service centres are denying. I called customer support no. Of Motorola 18001022344 firstly they denied any help and asked me to visit service centre I told them the reply I got from service centre so they asked me to call customer care after reaching the service centre and let them talk to the service centre. I did the same but then customer care asked me to leave the centre and promised a help online and asked me to send my phone's pictures and invoice to them. I did the same but then through mail they again asked me to visit the nearest service centre. I need real help as this is not only service issue but mental harassment as well.
