I Yogesh Bhika Patil, ( Teacher ) baught a redmi note 3 in the month of Dec 2016 ... It screens some LEDs are stopped working ... So I went to service center at Vapi .... The service center executive did not entertain us in proper manners and he said that your mobile is physical damaged as well water damaged inner side .... The reality is completely different ...My mobile is Neither physical damaged nor water damaged ... he has given us one written letter that everything is mentioned about mobile condition but ..I can challeng his letter, because he told me that on my mobile 0.5 mm dant is there , I don't able to find that dant .. in side of mobile near to the speaker due to some wetness color has changed so said it's water damaged. I am.using this mobile since 11 months back , neither it's fetf nor fall down in water ...Still service executive told me that my mobile is physical and water damaged. ( Mobile is under warranty) but service center denied to provide service ... ..thaNk you
