hello sir/madam i have brought smasung j7 prime phone from vijay sales on 8/1/2017 date .Phone number is 35471/08/187115/5 .my mobile phone blast during charging .i have visited your samsung service centre on 23 june and received my phone today .. for last 12 days they just saying me that we have send the email to samsung company and waiting for they replay and today i got a call from service centre and they said that samsung company do not give us a permission to repair your mobile phone under warranty. bill no or (job sheet no) is 4239227395. may i know why not repaired my phone ? smasung is well brand company how they rejected my phone under warranty . sir this is not a my fault it is company fault so why customer pay every think . please dear repair my mobile phone which is under warranty another i will go to consumer court ...

The courier I had sent through dtdc has been broken & kept at the andheri east office for 2days. No one informed about the damage & also no one cared to receive our calls.
The courier was intended to deliver on 4th Jun 2016 but it remained as it is in the office & no one took initiative to deliver it.
The courier containing Painting needs to be delivered on the destination for display purpose, but not only the parcel did not got delivered but also courier service provider dtdc broke it.
I need to arrange special pick up from andheri east to get it delivered on time, but my whole efforts goes in vein as I got a broken frame.
I have experienced a total loss of 10000(frame & painting cost) + 300(courier charge) + 650(extra cost to pick & deliver the parcel at destination) + 400(to repair the frame again) = 11350 INR overall and time I had spent on all this is separate.
Also, the andheri east dtdc courier service executives were not answering any of my calls & no one either responding to the calls which I forced to dial from dtdc office Pune, from where I had couriered my parcel.
The B.M. giving me nonsense replies over the issue & not even taking the responsibility of the matter.
From 4th June 2016 yet dtdc has not accepted the Case nor compensate the loss amount
