I have Booked a new Battery for My wife's (Kirti) mobile Intex Aqua S3 at Intex Service Center REWA on dated 20/4/2018 vide Job-Request No. 804203068002T001. Paid Rs. 300/- as Advance for the same. It was told to me that Battery will reach with in 7-8 working days. Till today 11-5-2018 I have not received the same. In the mean time I have called to service center and got message that when battery comes to us we will call you. Yesterday (10-5) one call came from service center that I have to submit my phone also so that they will send that to intex head office for replacement of battery. I could not understand why I should provide my Phone to them and why they are giving such message after almost 20 days time. i have also made complaint in this regard to Intex through their Toll Free No. 18601085555 but no proper response form their also.
