Jio makes false promises and cheats customers

I ported in with this number (9156852698) to Jio, mainly because of their 5G promise (that I will get unlimited 5g as part of their welcome offer). While doing so, their representative Shreekrushna Kadu said that I will get a 5G welcome offer within 24 hours of activation. He even gave me a demo on his phone at my location. I did not get any welcome offer. When I called Shreekrushna (9699768298), he says it will be done. But it does not happen. Its strange since he showed me on his mobile that there is 5G range in my location. Moreover, I have another Jio number, 9757363027 on which I get 5G. What is going on?
When I wrote to you on your social media handles, I was asked to 'express interest' which I did long back. Still no luck.
I feel cheated as I ported mainly due to 5G. Why do they make promises they cannot keep? They have cause tremendous mental trauma and potential business loss.
