Coolpad Note 3 Lite is denying to repair the phone in warranty

I bought a Coolpad Note 3 Lite at Rs 7149 from Infibeam.com in the month of November 2016 for my father. It worked fine till June 2017, but then it started having charging problem. For this I went to the Coolpad service Center in Nehru Place twice but they rejected the phone for service and replied that Infibeam is not their authorized seller. I sent a mail to Coolpad but the same reply came from them and they also denied to give warranty service to my phone. It is responsibility to relive the problems of its customers of a manufacturer company no matter who is the distributor. Warranty is always provided by the manufacturer company for its product. It can not deny for the warranty of its product, which is its onus.

Remarks : Coolpad must take the responsibility to provide warranty for this product and also be responsible for its product in future for other customers also.
