I had submitted my Lenovo Vibe K4 Note phone with Back cover at your Service Center: HCL - Rohini.

Your agent called me on yesterday for telling that you can take your phone, it is ok from our side.
And when I visited the Lenovo Service Center ta take back my phone, they lost my back cover and also said that we had not taken your back cover.
Before giving the reply of this complain, kindly see the CCTV Footage of me to see the reality.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible and provide my complete phone with back cover.

I hope that you can understand this situation and take the necessary action for solving this issue as soon as possible.
on 22nd september 2014 at around 12.30pm kindly tell me that how much time it will take to get it checked because as my work is lacking v much so please tell me the current status of my phone as i am trying to call on your mentioned no. many times but there is no response . either you inform on my particular no which i mentioned in your sheet please its urgent
