Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML damaged mobile sold to me online in Shopclues at Rs.8828

I had purchased a Asus Zenfone 2 (Model - ZE550ML) Mobile by online in Shopclues at Rs.8828 .But When I open the seal of the Mobile box n turn it on Then I noticed it is a damaged mobile .There was no response from the phone then I directly contact with the customer care and told them about the problem and claim for refund or Exchange of the product bt there is no response by the Shopclues and the customer care executive officer .There is a big fraud done by the Company Shopclues and the team .So I want a immediate action about that matter .I Need my money back or exchange my mobile phone .The exchange or refund should be granted within 30 Days from the purchasing date (19-04-2017 to 18-05-2017 .please sir take your action as early are possible .
