I purchased Samsung Galaxy J7 Max a while ago. The offer clearly stated that I would be receiving a 10% cashback.The same was confirmed by Amazon's representative. But after 2 months they said that I was not eligible for the offer. The representatives are themselves confused. Sometimes they say I do, sometimes they say I don't. They have even changed the terms and conditions.
This has really put Amazon off my good books!
