Dear Sir, In August 2016 I had booked TOI & ET and paid the subscription. My mobile number is 9810079499. Despite all my efforts I have failed to get the required coupons and even the News paper. I understand you people are too busy to sort out the problem, but cud you please refund my money. orto get the refund I should file a Consumer Court case. I am fed up calling you people and no one bothers to do anything. My last mails have also gone unattended. My last complaint ref # 1360752 remains unanswered.
Dear Sir, your failure to provide me satisfactory resolution in 7 days will force me to file a Consumer Court case at Ghaziabad.
