Dear Team,
I Anupsingh Nebhrani purchased the bike Hero Passion Pro from Ahir Auto (P) Ltd. (Kalyan_MH.) with down payment of Rs. 19,053.00 and financed from Herofincop..
I was conformed and get the invoice amount Rs. 50,712.00 and Vehicle resignation Fee amount Rs. 5,889.00.
I was visit many time to showroom and ask for detail of the my EMI from agent but they not give me proper answer but only say your EMI is Rs. 2365.00 for Twenty Four months and you have to pay on time.
Now I got the detail of my account and company was finance on Bill amount of Rs. 66,353.00. After deduction of down payment of Rs. 19,053.00, herofincop company have charge of Rs. 47,300.00 + Interest + Tex.
That's the reason company agent was not give the proper detail because company can make the fraud with customers.
Pls help for justices
