Not providing my documents complain against Aditya Birla Capital

I have applied for my statement of account and the LOD more than 10-15 days ago and was told that i will be getting those in 24-48hrs,4 orking days,5 working days etc etc,each time i called their company's number.their supervisor Mr.Akshay Gotivale commited me that i will be getting that documents by 27th of last month for sure.Still its not received.Again their head agent Mr.Kopikar commited me that i will be getting that by monday.Still not received.This is complete harrrasment.I have filed complaint to them days befor and still not received the documents.
