I have a vehicle loan at IndusInd bank. Government announced the Moratorium on the period of lockdown . The IndusInd bank did not Inform me about the Moratorium scheme , but now the indusInd bank has imposed on me interest of 25990 rupees against my vehicle loan for three months moratorium where my EMI is 6470 rupees per month . I think which is not legal . So I request to honourable Consumer court to provide me justice on this matter.
